Frequently asked questions
What happens after a downgrade?
Data is not deleted. Excess workspaces become read-only and excess members are suspended. Reading, JSON export, attachment downloads, and deletion remain available.
Is storage allocated per workspace?
No. The quota is shared by all workspaces that belong to the same account.
Where do I manage payments?
Purchase happens on the web; payments, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation are managed in the secure Paddle Customer Portal.
How does the MCP allowance work?
Connect ChatGPT or Claude on Free, Pro, or Family. The account shares 300, 10,000, or 30,000 tool calls per calendar month respectively, across its members and connected AI apps. Tool call attempts count, including unsuccessful calls; sign-in and protocol discovery do not. The allowance renews at the start of each month in UTC. Planned AI assistance remains on the Roadmap.
